Please use google maps. Our lovely venue vendor said using other kinds of GPS may result in incorrect directions. Just google "Prairie Lane Events" and click "directions" and it will take you right there. There will be signage on the range road to indicate you have made it!

Yes. The venue has plenty of parking behind the barn. Please look for signage when you arrive.

We kindly ask our guests to arrive by 2pm to allow time for parking, signing our guest book, and finding a seat before the ceremony begins at 2:30pm.

Yes. We are very excited to have the Tap Truck Calgary at our wedding. The Tap Truck will be an open bar consisting of beers, wines, and a very yummy saskatoon lemonade! Bottles of water will also be provided.

We kindly ask our guests to dress in dressy-casual attire for a country style wedding. Think comfortable, yet polished-light fabrics, sundresses, dress shirts, and comfortable footwear for both gravel and grass.

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception being held in the barn. We will have sunscreen and plenty of water available.

A cocktail hour will be held after the ceremony where finger food and drinks will be provided. The Tap Truck will open at this time along with lawn games for guests to play!

Yes. We are very fortunate to have FTW BBQ and Bakery catering our wedding. The dinner will be buffet style with speeches to follow. This is an "I Do BBQ" and nothing fancy, so please discard your biodegradable plates when finished eating. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
